Our company and staff are certified to conduct business in the entire State of Florida. We are also vetted by SSI, a third party vendor who does extensive searches to make sure we are a reliable and legit title insurance company. Most lenders are requiring title companies and their agents to be verified before they conduct business with them. We are certified to do MDEAT/HHAP and HUD closings.
